The Cabins

We have eight units in two lovingly refurbished 1840s log cabins. There are two double beds in each bed room. All rooms have their own furnished kitchen and bath, heating and air conditioning. The rent is $110.00 per night. There are barbeque pits, picnic tables, and a beautiful view of the valley outside.

A few years ago we bought a large spring about one mile up the valley from WindRush. The spring rises in the bottom of a 2 acre lake and then flows out of the lake into the creek. We built a large dock out into the lake and stocked the lake with trout, there were already bass, bluegill, and some humongous grass carp in residence. Fishing is good and the swimming is great.

There is a cute cabin which sits in a mature oak woods and overlooks the lake. the cabin has a dining room, kitchen, large living room with a fireplace, two bedrooms, and sleeps six comfortably. When you arrive you will understand immediately why we named it Solitude.

Solitude is available seven nights a week and rents for $200.00 per night. Prices subject to change without notice.
